Hi everyone, I’m Jeyna Bhakta — founder of Bhakta & Co.

I'm an accountant, bookkeeper, notary public, and business partner to entrepreneurs who are ready to get clear on their numbers and grow with purpose.

This business didn’t start in a boardroom. It started in a back office at my family’s inn, where I learned what it means to wear many hats - from front desk to financials. It continued through college, where I studied Accounting and Finance (with a splash of English and International Business), and deepened as I worked my way through roles in bookkeeping, public accounting, auditing, and tax prep. Along the way, I realized something powerful: numbers tell a story and I wanted to help people tell theirs better.

Bhakta & Co. is my way of bridging practical know-how with a personal mission: to support business owners who care deeply about what they do, but need a partner to help them do it confidently. Right now, I’m a one-woman team, but every ledger I balance, every client I serve, is a step toward building something bigger.
